Here’s the deal: To solve your acne problem you’re going to have to make some diet modifications (no way around it so don’t whine about it OK)…
…. you’re going to have to add some food sources of concentrated nutrition that helps your body regulate hormones (I’m preparing a guide about this as we speak)….
… And you’re going to have to kill off bad bacteria and yeast/fungus that tend to overgrow in your internal system, causing inflammation, and preventing your body from regulating hormones properly. (Most all acne sufferers have this problem, so don’t think it doesn’t apply to you.)
Then you’re going to have to stimulate healing of the internal problems that are preventing your body from maintaining hormonal balance.
And despite all the horrible advice you hear on the web all of this can be done. And it can be done without anti-biotics or dangerous acne drugs.
You see, your acne didn’t just happen. You unknowingly created this problem yourself. Sure you had genetic tendencies. But those genetic tendencies are just that, tendencies or weaknesses…
… Like the weakest link in the chain. The chain will only break when it’s put under too much stress…
… So what we’re going to do is take the stress off the chain (off your system). That way your body can do what it needs to maintain hormonal balance and as a result naturally correcting the problem that leads to acne.
So where do herbs fit in?
Well, to understand how herbs fit in you’ve got to understand the larger picture. Remember, you can’t just take an herb randomly and expect long-term results. You need to know what you’re doing. And you need to use it in conjunction with other healing foods and protocols.
What we are going to do is use specific herbs to eradicate the bad bacteria and fungus/yeast. Then will use specific foods that help to heal the internal damage this fungus caused, damage like leaky gut among others. These foods will also help re-establish body ecology and prevent re-infestation. They will also strengthen your body’s ability to fight off this bad bacteria and fungus.
Next you’ll use herbs that cleans the blood along with foods that asist natural blood cleansing. And follow that up with herbs that strengthen and build internal systems (along with foods that do the same).
So you see we need to use herbs as art of more of a complete program. You need to use them synergistically along with specific foods, and specific healing protocols. That way you can get a long-term healing effect.
Use them alone and your results will always be short-lived.
I’m preparing a more complete guide on how to do this. When it’s ready I’ll send out a notification to my newsletter subscribers. If you would like to be one of them enter your email below…
In closing I just want to tell you, we must be kindred spirits. You know something is wrong. You realize your acne didn’t just happen. You know that your acne is an external manifestation of an internal problem. You intuitively realize acne anti-biotics and dangerous drugs like accutane aren’t the solution.
And you are looking for answers.
Well, a few short years ago I was in your exact same spot. It was a determined effort. But I eventually I found a teacher who along with other research I had conducted put all the pieces together. Using that knowledge I was able to finally solve my own acne problem. And in the end finding those answers was worth all the disappointment and frustration.
So my message to you is to never give up. You see your acne has something to teach you. When you have learned everything it has to teach you you will no longer suffer from acne. So appreciate the message. I know it can be painful, psychologically damaging, and oh so frustrating. But do your best to listen to the message and appreciate what it has to teach you. Continue until you’ve found the answers you are looking for.

Herbs that work for acne generally work in one or more of 4 ways:
- They stimulate the cleansing of the blood via stimulating the liver to work harder purifying the blood of congestion and hormones.
- They help kill bacteria and fungal infections that pollute the blood and keep the liver from doing its job filtering congestion and hormones from your blood.
- The suppress your body from making androgenic hormones.
- They kill bacteria and fungal/yeast pathogens that pollute your blood and overwhelm your liver. (This class of herbals is the only herbals that can safely be used for longer periods because they are not directly throwing any organ systems out of balance.)
Category 1 herbs (liver cleansers) generally produce the most dramatic short-term anti-acne effects. But they also “rebound” the fastest. So they can’t really be taken long-term (nor are they effective long-term).
Herbs that suppress androgens in your system work much longer. However I don’t think it’s a good idea to suppress androgenic hormones for long periods. Androgenic hormones serve an important purpose in proper sexual development. So this approach I feel should be used with caution.
Herbs that protect and stimulate liver function tend to work longer-term. They are safer long-term bets. However, the effects on acne are usually far less dramatic then the liver cleansers.
Herbals that kill bacteria and fungus… well, because they work by killing a pathogen and NOT throwing your system out of balance your body does not rebound from them. Therefore they work much longer.
However, if you don’t heal the internal problem that caused the yeast/fungus and bacteria to overgrow in your system what happens is these pathogens start to develop immunity to the herb. And as a result the acne herb becomes less and less effective.
So it’s important that you not only kill the pathogen, but also HEAL the problem in your internal system that allowed the pathogen to overgrow. This can be done. To do so you’ll need to add some healing foods and make diet modifications we’ll cover later on… Continue »

If you’re considering an herbal remedy for acne I have some good news and some bad news.
First the good news…
Despite whatever your medical doctor has/will tell you the right herbal remedies used with precision in the right way WILL improve your acne. All my testing confirms this.
Now the bad news…
You don’t suffer from acne because of an herbal deficiency. Even the very best herbal acne remedies will stop working. And some can actually harm you if taken for too long.
But don’t fret. Herbal remedies used the right way in conjunction with some other natural solutions I’m going to show you will be a powerful weapon in your acne battle. You just need to know what you’re doing.
In this website you’ll learn how to do just that including:
- The right way and wrong way to use herbal remedies.
- How to use specific herbs synergistically with other natural solutions to create long-term results.
For now you need to realize right up front it’s going to take more then just an herb to heal the internal problems that are causing your acne.
Having said that, using the right herbal acne remedies in the right way WILL accelerate your healing and your results.
In this website you’ll discover how. Let’s get started…
First you need to understand just how herbal remedies work in your system.
How herbal remedies create a biological response
It works like this…
Your body is a complex network of systems. These systems have parameters that they like to work in. And your body has regulating mechanisms to keep these systems in these parameters.
For example, your body likes to keep your body temperature at 98.6 degrees. If you get too hot systems kick in to cool you. You sweat. Blood is shunted to your extremities to get rid of heat.
If you get too cold you start to shiver. And blood is shunted to your inner core to preserve body heat.
Your body likes to maintain what’s called homeostasis (balance)… meaning all the systems are working in their preferred parameter ranges.
An herbal remedy contains phytochemicals that either stimulate or suppress various internal systems. Depending on the herb, it either causes something to speed up and work harder, or it slows something down.
That’s I why they work. That’s why they cause a biological effect.
But here’s the problem…
This herbal stimulation throws your body out of its natural state of homeostasis.
This is a good thing. This is why the herb worked.
But how long will this work? Will the herbs stop working…? We’ll find out in the next report…Continue »
