How to use herbal remedies in conjunction with a more comprehensive anti-acne program so you can enjoy long-term results, not just a short-term improvementHere’s the deal: To solve your acne problem you’re going to have to make some diet modifications (no way around it so don’t whine about it OK)…
…. you’re going to have to add some food sources of concentrated nutrition that helps your body regulate hormones (I’m preparing a guide about this as we speak)….
… And you’re going to have to kill off bad bacteria and yeast/fungus that tend to overgrow in your internal system, causing inflammation, and preventing your body from regulating hormones properly. (Most all acne sufferers have this problem, so don’t think it doesn’t apply to you.)
Then you’re going to have to stimulate healing of the internal problems that are preventing your body from maintaining hormonal balance.
And despite all the horrible advice you hear on the web all of this can be done. And it can be done without anti-biotics or dangerous acne drugs.
You see, your acne didn’t just happen. You unknowingly created this problem yourself. Sure you had genetic tendencies. But those genetic tendencies are just that, tendencies or weaknesses…
… Like the weakest link in the chain. The chain will only break when it’s put under too much stress…
… So what we’re going to do is take the stress off the chain (off your system). That way your body can do what it needs to maintain hormonal balance and as a result naturally correcting the problem that leads to acne.
So where do herbs fit in?
Well, to understand how herbs fit in you’ve got to understand the larger picture. Remember, you can’t just take an herb randomly and expect long-term results. You need to know what you’re doing. And you need to use it in conjunction with other healing foods and protocols.
What we are going to do is use specific herbs to eradicate the bad bacteria and fungus/yeast. Then will use specific foods that help to heal the internal damage this fungus caused, damage like leaky gut among others. These foods will also help re-establish body ecology and prevent re-infestation. They will also strengthen your body’s ability to fight off this bad bacteria and fungus.
Next you’ll use herbs that cleans the blood along with foods that asist natural blood cleansing. And follow that up with herbs that strengthen and build internal systems (along with foods that do the same).
So you see we need to use herbs as art of more of a complete program. You need to use them synergistically along with specific foods, and specific healing protocols. That way you can get a long-term healing effect.
Use them alone and your results will always be short-lived.
I’m preparing a more complete guide on how to do this. When it’s ready I’ll send out a notification to my newsletter subscribers. If you would like to be one of them enter your name and email below....
In closing I just want to tell you, we must be kindred spirits. You know something is wrong. You realize your acne didn’t just happen. You know that your acne is an external manifestation of an internal problem. You intuitively realize acne anti-biotics and dangerous drugs like accutane aren’t the solution.
And you are looking for answers.
Well, a few short years ago I was in your exact same spot. It was a determined effort. But I eventually I found a teacher who along with other research I had conducted put all the pieces together. Using that knowledge I was able to finally solve my own acne problem. And in the end finding those answers was worth all the disappointment and frustration.
So my message to you is to never give up. You see your acne has something to teach you. When you have learned everything it has to teach you you will no longer suffer from acne. So appreciate the message. I know it can be painful, psychologically damaging, and oh so frustrating. But do your best to listen to the message and appreciate what it has to teach you. Continue until you’ve found the answers you are looking for.
